Mit pflanzlicher Ernährung, entgiftender Körperarbeit und Sufitanz aus Ägypten kommen in diesem viertägigen Kurs die Kunst des Tanzes, des Essens und des Lebens zusammen.

Claudia Heinle lehrt Trance-induzierende Bewegungen, die mit dem Atem synchronisiert werden. Es sind einfache, ganzheitliche und repetitive Bewegungen, die kräftigend und befreiend auf Körper und Seele wirken. Denken, Bewerten und das typische Kopftheater mit allen damit zusammenhängenden Emotionen, lösen sich auf. Das Selbst taucht in eine stillere Dimensionen ab, in der es keine Begrenzungen gibt.

Ziel des Kurses ist ein kompletter Neustart für Körper und Seele, Darm und Nerven, sowie eine Eintrittskarte zur eigenen Kreativität und Inspiration.

Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Freude an Bewegung, Tanz und anderen Kulturen sind erwünscht. Der Workshop eignet sich für Alle, die bereit sind sich einzulassen, insbesondere auch für Tanzschaffende, die eine Auszeit brauchen.
